Our juicing produce delivery service offers 2 kilograms of hearty veggies mixed with a bundle or two of leafy greens chosen from a no-fuss formula:
1. Begin with a base of high-water content veg like cucumber, romaine, green papaya, sayote, yacon.
2. Sweeten with carrots, beets, squash, banana.
3. Add in some greens for iron and minerals. Not too much as it can taste bitter.
4. Freshen it up with citrus and a dab of spice like ginger or turmeric if you like.
